My daily consumption is around 1000-1200 cals.I exercise twice daily in early morning and in the evening for 1 hour each and burn around 800-1200 cals. The morning exercise usually consists of various aerobatic and cardiovascular exercises sand in the evening i go for jogging for 5-6 miles.
My diet consists of vegetables, fruits, cereals, pulses and protein supplements.....i don't eat any processed food or outside food.
Currently i am loosing about 3.5-4 pounds a week against MFP's recommended 2 lbs a week.
With my current trend i expect to reach my goal within next 45 days....

I'm not sure what your asking? But yes there is something wrong with your lifestyle. You are expending more energy than you are consuming which is leading to rapid weight loss. Now this will probably screw up your metabolism and if you carry on with this for an extended period of time you will encounter health problems. Your starving yourself0

No sure if this is a serious thread or a troll..
if serious, the other responder is right about damaging your body eating that little. Eventually you will stop losing (and now you are losing lean muscle mass at a much greater rate than if you were healthy) and then you may even begin to gain because your body is screwed up.0 -
I eat about 1600 calories/day and lose 1lb/week. I can certainly see why faster would seem better as far as weight loss, but your body is starving. Feed it and take 180 days to get to goal.0

All of the above answers. Obviously you felt there was or you wouldn't have found the need to ask. If you feel you are the martyr by doing it this way you will become anorexic.0

i asked this because i don't feel any kind of weakness0

You will, when you get brittle bones. Seriously do your research. No one is going to tell you doing this is healthy and sustainable long term0 -
this could be considered anorexic behavior. Eat more, a little less cardio and some resistance traing will get you to where you want to be in much healthier condition. Please reconsider a 45 day goal0

Mam, i am in the last stages of my weight loss program.....anyways i forgot to mention i take special kind of supplements which provide me with all the necessary nutrients. I need to loose another 20 pounds quickly which on a normal diet would take me another 70-80 days.0
