No weight loss in a month! What gives? = Frustrated :(

Hi everyone, I have been doing MFP for the past three months. I lost about 5 pounds in Jan and 4.5 pounds in Feb but March, nothing! I work out approximately 3-4 times a week and the past two weeks worked out 5X. Sometimes I go over on the weekends but not by that much, at least I don't think its that bad! LOL I don't want to give up but its so frustrating when you try and make better choices and sacrifices every day and nothing comes off. I haven't lost any inches either! I also drink about 2-3 liters of water and 2 cups of green tea every day. Any suggestions, or having the same problem??? What am I doing wrong? Feel free to check out my diary.
