Hey y'all. Just got introducted to this service. On week 9 P90X classic. Fantastic! How are you calculating calories burned for all the workouts? For Plyo and Kenpo I wear a HRM which has a calorie counting feature. Thanks.

If you're wearing a HRM it's very easy. Just go to "exercise", click on add exercise & fill in the blanks that pop up regarding name of workout, length, calories....once you enter it, it will be in your database & easily pulled up next time.0

Yep, just gotta enter each workout manually once, then they'll be there next time. I wore my HR monitor in every workout to get an idea of calories (i.e., Yoga X would burn between 500 and 800 for the 90 minute exercise.0

HRM aren't very accurate for calorie burn. The most accurate device out there is bodybugg. You can find it on www.bodybugg.com0

I don't calculate the calories burned for P90X ... I eat what the nutrition guide tells me and extra when I do more.0
