Weekends

Weekends suck, I tend to over eat and can go up to 2k or 3k in the red. I get bored. I still go to the gym and once or twice a month I do 9 miles at the lake and I burn around 1800 calories in those 2 hours while jogging. Even then I sometimes get in the red. What do you do from overdoing it on the weekends?

not to mention the alcohol consumption at night! lol

    Weekends are hard! You said you get bored. Perhaps keeping yourself busy so you don't get bored and overeat. How are you during the week? Think about your goals and if you will achieve them if you let yourself eat 2 or 3k over.

    Go jogging if you're bored. Seriously, whenever I feel like bored-eating, I go for a jog. Works like a charm, ,and then if I AM tempted to go over, I've burned some calories to make up for it.

    Get yourself a big backpack and fill it up with all kinds of heavy stuff. Instead of jogging for an hour, hike for 6.
