I hate legs although i still do them, my legs have grown pretty damn fast0 -
For some reason I would much rather do legs, than arms or abs!!! I hate doing abs.0

Right now, my strength is full body. I'm following Madcow's 5x5, but skipping the accessory work. I am considering adding curls in at some point, though.
M: squat, bench, bent over rows. Then10-20 minutes of cardio (usually HIIT) and/or yoga.
T: Run, core, yoga/stretching
W: squat, dead lift, military press, 10-20 minutes cardio, yoga
Th: same as Tuesday.
F: same as Monday
S: run yoga if I get around to it
Su: super light run
I not sure what I like eat, I am loving getting my bench to go up, and I'm super excited that I had to tell my husband that I need a new bar and more plates because I can now dead lift my bar's max for more than one rep!0 -

I hit abs probably about 2-3 times a week! Legs I hit about twice a week. and any other day I try to get in some circuit training and fit in some other strength training like chest/ Back, Lat/Bi's.0 -
I do a push/pull split. Back, bis one day, chest, shoulders, tris the other. No set days, just alternate whenever I get there, but try to hit each muscle group every 4-5 days. Abs and legs whenever I have time.0

Monday: Volume squat and Volume Press movement. Followed by accessory exercises for both, usually done as a super set.
Tuesday: Volume back day. Usually Power cleans, RDL's Chins, weighted back extensions and curls.
Thursday: Intensity squat and Press movement. Followed by acessory movements for both, usually done as a super set.
Friday: Intensity Back movements. I rotate between heavy singles on power clean and 1x5 set on the Deadlift. I then do a bunch of "fun" back movements like chins, back extensions, rows and curls. All of those usually in a super set.
I like working back the most, probably because it's my strongest movement.0
