BF is anywhere between 22-25 depending on where I punch the numbers in, I want 18-19% BF.
I am 38
I want to lose fat gain muscle.
Currently I run/walk 5-6 days a week cause I like it and I like to eat more.
I also do "circuit training" with light weights.
I am reading that I may need to do heavier weights?
Is that correct?
Any opinions, or ideas, etc.
I adjusted my calories too- to more.

Exactly. If you're looking to trim some more bodyfat, then increasing your calories slightly and training with heavier weights will help you do this. Of the extra calories, you may want to try to consume a good chunk of those from protein sources.0
