What was the best piece of advise you have gotten when it comes to reaching and working towards your fitness goals!?

    Someone told me to not wait around for 'motivation' but to just get up and do the work I need to do.
    It's harsh, not very sunshiny, but every time I feel particularly unmotivated I remind myself that I don't -need- to be. I just need to get up and do it.

    Also not to deprive myself of anything, to see calorie counting like budgeting money for the day. I have to decide what to spend my calories on and make cuts in other places :] That helped.
