healthy Japeneese, Chinese or Thai take out options

I am taking the night off from cooking due to being very sick and was wondering if anyone can suggest some HEALTHY options for take out. I was thinking scallops and garlic veggies (sauce on the side) no rice?

Any other suggestions? :)

    Chicken and broccoli sauce on the side, anything with a lean protein and veggies is good, you are on the right track, just stay away from the fried and heavyy sauced items. Rice is ok steamed.

    I love the garllic pepper chicken at our local Thai place, comes with steamed rice and steamed vegies. They also have a grilled salmon that is really good, just ask for sauce on the side. I prefer Thai options because they don't use soy sauce and MSG.
