I am doing Insanity and in the nutrition guide, you plug in numbers into an equation to see how many calories you are supposed to eat in one day. My calculations give me over 3,300 calories after taking off 500 calories a day. This seems way to high to me and I don't think this is correct. Can you help me out?

Insanity is pretty energy-consuming, so I wouldn't be so surprised at that particular calorie count, especially for a male. This is just my general opinion as I have not actually completed Insanity myself.0

My husband does insanity and his hrm says he burns about 1050 cals per session. He is 5'10", 190 pounds and muscular. That might give you a rough idea of the calorie burn0
