...just did a 10K so I could eat Cinnabon.

I REALLY wanted Cinnabon, but it's an astronomical amount of calories to consume one roll, so I went and did a 10K. ...have you ever done a crazy workout so you could eat something super high in calories? If so, what was the workout? ...and more importantly, what was the food?

    Wow, I was starting to think I was the only one. ...thank God, I had already started looking into self help programs for this sort of thing.

    I did zumba and walked 3 miles so I can have a massive Nandos meal a few weeks ago. It was worth it :)

    I love being able to earn calorie increases through exercise (in advance or the following day).

    It's the main reason I like the MFP calculations and avoid the TDEE thing that smooths out your exercise. I also have less guilt when I skip a workout as the consequences is a lower calorie goal rather than weight plateau or gain.

    I like to earn:
    * cake
    * McDonald's frappe
    * dinner out with friends and family
    * some glasses of wine

  • Yesterday I had 975 calories left over after working out, so I went to McDonald's, got a hot fudge sundae and some chocolate chip cookies, brought it home, threw it all in a bowl, and made a cookie sundae. :love:

    I rode seven miles on my bike so I could have one bowl of Breyer's Girl Scout Cookie (Thin Mint) ice cream.

    Glad to know I'm not the only one, earlier this week I realized I had 1000 leftover after eating light and a 60 min spin class so I made some delicious chocolate Otis Spunkmeyer cookies to indulge myself
