Hello all I'm a 53 yr old female and am desperate to loose weight but am really struggling have tryed all diets under the sun and they work for about 2/3 months then for some reason I just stop loosing the weight so this is my last resort so anyone starting tomorrow the same as me and want to pair up and keep each other motivated please feel free to do so.

Getting started is the first step.....yay!!!! You can do it. Eat things in moderation and once in awhile treat yourself to something you love!! I know it is hard to exercise but just keep motivated .....walk every day.....a little every day and extend it a block each time or find a track and walk that.......I find walking with a friend makes it more fun....good luck with your goals and I am here if you need encouragement. I have changed how much sweet stuff i eat and have started walking again.....lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks....not much but it works for me. Baby steps!!!:happy:0
