Give me your Best Lean and Clean Diet Suggestions:

Hi there! I'm 5'4 165 lbs. I've been working my booty off in my workouts and my current routine includes weight training and Insanity for cardio. I workout 6 days a week and then 7th day is an active rest day. Right now I'm trying to keep my calories in the 1550 range. I just feel like I am not burning that fat to show that lean muscle I'm building. I would love to hear some a typical daily diet that I could work with to help max my results :)
