What do you do to keep bloating to a minimum?

Hello everyone,

I've been eating healthier and working out everyday but I can't seem to get rid of this sluggish, bloated feeling. What has helped you keep bloating at bay? I'm 5'5" and 154 lbs. This water weight I'm holding on to seems to sit in my face and belly. It's really irritating!

Any help would be appreciated.

    If you're retaining water, then you need to drink more water and consume less salt.

    Eat less salt, sugar, grains, or cheese or some combination of the above. It varies depending on the person, you can try cutting back on certain things to see how it affects you.
