Take 2

Hey guys :)
This past summer I started really getting into fitness, loved it, and ended up losing 25 pounds which sadly I have gained back- after stopping when I went on vacation in August. I decided Im going to doit again because I know it'll make me a happier person again and give me purpose and something to look forward to every day. I just cant seem to actually put on the workout clothes and get going! Im not even going anywhere I will still be exercising in my room! I need a bit of motivation just to get me started but I plan on starting over the 30 day shred and also do the ripped in 30 videos together. I will update you with results as soon as I start to see em! Not quitting this time!
