If I asked a general question for English if they brushed their teeth, would you be offended?

How about if I asked if you've ever tasted decent food?

I've lived in both Japan and Hong Kong, and traveled throughout Asia.

    LOL :flowerforyou:
  • I went to Japan once.

I was born in England, so does that count? I've also been to Japan, and now I live in Guam. (Even though it's a us territory)

And what did you all think of sunny England? :-P
  • Seattle, where I live, is not too far from Vancouver, BC so I go up there often. I also played in a touring band about ten years ago and played shows all over Canada. I still have lots of friends across Canada and go hang out from time to time. I've also traveled quite a bit through the Caribbean/West Indies and Latin America.

Was supposed to head to Europe last fall for work, but my entire team was cut before we had a chance to book our flights.

When I was young, my dad worked for Bell Helicopter and we were sent to live in Teharan, Iran for 2 years. We had friends in Germany and went to visit them a couple of times.

We (my mom and sister & brother) were sent home when the politics got iffy. My dad was one of the last Americans out before they took the embassy. Scary stuff!

Now finances prohibit any travel outside the country, but I can still dream about it :)

20 years in the Navy, I circumnavigated South America, loved Chile & Uruguay. Spain, Israel, Italy & France were nice but nowhere even comes close to America. With all her faults , the USA is still the best country man has devised. Let's not screw her up.

All over Europe. I lived in London for 6 months and would gladly live there again if the opportunity came up again. I have no nationalistic tendencies.
  • I was SUPPOSE to this past summer but life happened and I was unable to go. I want to go to the UK.

On some of those trips, we made side trips to other places but didn't stay there more than a day.

I've been to Canada, Germany (lived there for 1 1/2 years), Luxembourg, France, Belgium, The Netherlands. Poland, Czech Republic, and we're moving to England in a few months.

Hubby has been to all of those (except Czech) plus Switzerland, Italy, Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Dubai, Qatar, UAE, Thailand, Singapore, and Ireland.

Ironically, when he was in the military the only countries he went to were Italy, Iraq and Kuwait. The rest were as a civilian, contractor, or government civilian.

Canada, Bermuda(3 or 4 times), Mexico and the Bahamas(2 ties).

I would love to go to Europe, but I get very very little vacation.

When I was a kid I traveled all over the US when places were still different, not like now.

    never; once; several times
