TDEE for dummies??

Ok,

I have seen so many posts about TDEE and I am fully confused. Is their somewhere I can figure it out easily or someone could tell me. These are my stats

5' 3.5"
130lbs
38 years old
I do heavy lifting 3x a week (Stronglifts) and Run 3x a week average 5 miles (I am training for a half marathon). 1 rest day per week

Thoughts?
