Been using this app for three weeks and now getting to grips with it, so weight loss starting to show.
I've found the app totally addictive and learning new aspects of it daily, also recommending it to many.
Looking forward to sharing any hints and tips to make use easier and weight loss continuous. Cheers BB

    Congrats, I've only been here 2 days but it's kinda like what you're saying, they've almost 'game'-ified the app so that you want to keep playing the 'lose weight game' (does that make sense?) :smile:

    And congrats on being at it for 3+ weeks!

    I would say log your food - you'd be really surprised at some of the numbers! Also get involved in the message boards and join some groups to keep you motivated.
