Wedding 5 weeks help me!!!

Hi all, looking for motivation to drop 4 kg in 5 weeks from 69kg to 65kg for my wedding day! If that's not motivation enough but I need help!!!
I eat well and exercise but could do with dropping the sauv blanc and picking at food without even realizing it!!!
I have a 2 year old boy who loves his pram runs so this should help!

Friend me and let me know your tips!!!
Thinking of dukan dieting it???

    *Work out your BMR
    *work out your TDEE
    *from this work out how many calories to eat per day so you're eating at a deficit
    *exercise by doing cardio AND weights
    *eat back your exercise calories so your net calories reach your daily goal
    *eat wholesome and nutritious foods
    *lots of protein
    *lots of water
    *watch the kilos melt away

    One more tip; les mills classes are my favourite form of cardio! So much fun and I would never work myself so hard otherwise.
