Can I still exercise on 1100 calories a day?

I'm in the process of increasing calories. I just increased it more by today, so I'm increasing it to 1300 next weekend. Can I exercise tomorrow (first in a LONG LONG time) but just eat the calories back? Will I still be able to get toned by eating calories back? I don't want to lose weight, just get toned.

If you are eating at a deficit you will lose weight, working out or not.0

Then you probably need to eat more than 1100 calories a day. I'm sure, unless you are in a coma, that you burn more than this just by breathing. So yes, eat that, and more, and eat your exercise calories too. Just eat enough calories so that you are still at a 10-20% deficit of what you would burn in a day.0

And just so you know, if you don't eat enough, you won't get toned at all, by exercising and not eating enough calories. You will just screw your metabolism and be "skinny fat".0
