Sugar

I've been doing really well staying close to my recommended calories but I always go way over on the recommended sugar. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Probably not. If your sugar is coming mostly from fruit and dairy don't sweat it. People complain about this all the time. Usually 2 pieces of fruit and a glass of milk put me over. As long as you're not eating tons of added sugars, it should be okay.0

Take a look at where the sugar is coming from. If it's the sugars inherent to vegetables and/or fruits, I generally don't consider it an issue. If it's added sugars--well, just in general try to limit added sugars.0
