Question about Zumba Fitness 2 Wii game

I've been exercising for about two weeks or more with Zumba fitness 2. So far I've lost quite a few pounds. Almost five a week. However since I've lost those pounds, I'm burning less calories than I was when I began. My question is... does anyone know which songs burn the most calories? I know that you're suppose to take it slow and only lose up to two pounds a week. But I'm actually starting to see a difference! A significant difference. I don't want that to go away.

I don't have that game, but I just want to say something: I don't know your weight or health, but people who have a lot of fat and haven't tried exercising/dieting usually are able to lose a lot of weight quickly for a short period when they start dieting. Further weight loss usually becomes more difficult as you approach fitness.
Anyway, keep up the work and don't be discouraged if the weight loss slows!0 -
Thanks. Although that wasn't the answer I was looking for...0

I have the game and love it!!! The first 2 wks I was sweating like a pig and lost 13 pounds in 2 wks along with diet change, but I got a higher endurance and stopped burning as many calories the 2nd month (per my HRM) you are more than likely getting 'use' to the exercise, plus you burn less calories when you weigh less... just enjoy it and keep up the great work!0

Well I know the rules of weight loss. You're suppose to burn 500 more calories than you consume a day to lose one pound. I'm eating 1,200 calories and burning 909. I'd like to up that a little and burn 1,200 calories. That would enable me to lose five pounds a week, if my calculations are right.0

I dont know your weight or height/age.. but I see a nutritionist and eating 1200 calories isnt bad if you have a lot of weight to lose.. but burning almost every calorie you eat per day will lead to halt in weight loss and possibility of weight coming back, lack of nutrients, future health problems, etc... average goal should be between 1-2 pounds per week. you should also switch your exercise a few days a week, out bodies get use to the same thing over and over, kept your muscles and metabolism guessing0
