New and Need a buddy for motivation

Hi I'm Jessica, 25 years old and recently recovered from an eating disorder. I have been scared to workout or try any sort of dieting in fear of going back to my disorder, but I feel I am ready to begin a new lifestyle of overall healthy eating and working out. I figure that keeping track will be helpful to monitor myself and make sure I am sticking to it.......... I gained about 20 pounds in recovery and am now in the lower end of the overweight bmi scale... would like to lose the 20 pounds or just maintain a fit and healthy life. Would love to chat with someone who can relate or just someone who wants accountability and would like to try to do this together. :):)
