So I do Pilates & I know you're supposed to eat something with protein right after your finished working out.
I was wondering about how many grams should you aim for in your post-workout snack?

i really dont think theres an answer to that question, after a workout you should have a good meal.. add some simple carbs and i would think somewhere in ike the 25-35g range??

You're not "supposed" to.eat right after a workout LOL. Sure if your hungry or its mealtime but there is no golden rule.

Depending on what kind of exercise I've done... between 10-35.

If I do a half hour at the gym doing cardio, I usually have a Greek Yogurt.

If I've ridden my bike for an hour, I have a protein shake

One number I was given by a strength coach a while back was 0.4g per kg of bodyweight. I don't follow it, but that's what he used as a starting guide for his clients.
