Bad eating habits

i want to knw guys,sme days i eat a lot of junk food but am eating within my daily calories intake,will i be able to loose weight.would appreciate your comments and cant you advice me on how to resist this temptation.

    what kind of junk food are you eating? Salty? Sweet? Candy? Chips? Maybe we can suggest some alternatives (smile).

    I struggle also. I been on MFP since 2010 and had great results over time. But the last 6 months have been emotionally exhausting as life has thrown stuff at me. I just got burned out on the diet and lost time for fitness as well as food planning.

    First you need to find a motivation and set a goal. Then you need to set small goals such as packing carrots and hummus the night before, to keep you satisfied and no excuses for buying something out of the vendor machine. Squeeze time in for work outs.

    My goal is to train myself to not like junk food. If I go all out and incorporate fruits and veggies in my day and not eat junk food for 2 days - I accomplish a baby goal.

    The point is, you don't have to give up junk food totally. You just have to have more days of no junk food during the week than days that have junk food.

    Week 1: How about 3 days a week without junk food, 4 days with junk food?
    Week 2: 4 days a week without junk food, 3 days with junk food.
    Week 3: 5 days a week without junk food, 2 days with junk food.
    Then you get kind of tired of junk food after this point.
