My name is Diane and I am 52 yrs old & weigh 241 lbs. I am down 31 lbs from my peak weight just over a year ago. I am on a wait-list to have weight loss surgery and my surgeon and dietician wanted me to start logging my food and exercise to make sure I am aware of calories in/calories out. I have been battling food addiction my whole life and I have been working with an addictions counsellor for quite some time now. Any support or help will be much appreciated. Thanks!
