Has anyone done Jillian Michaels' Yoga Meltdown DVD??

I've bought this recently to do on my "rest days" from C25k, but I was just curious to find out how long it took most people to advanced from Stage 1 to Stage 2? I am a complete yoga novice and I have terrible balance, so if it'll be fun to attempt! Haha!!

I was fit to start with,therefore I started with Level 2. Sometimes I will do level 1 on my Insanity workout recovery days, though. I don't find that there is a big difference between level 1 and 2. That said, this is a fun quick workout. Enjoy!0
