Am booked in for a removal and reaug in one month and am just wondering if anyone can give advise as to how they worked their training around recovery?

I currently do weights most days with only a couple of days cardio. Was thinking of going back to just cardio initially, then starting on legs lightly and moving up body then slowly upping weights.

Would be interested to hear on people's time frames.... especially if you have gone back to lifting weights (deadlifts, squats etc).

I read online that some ps's have recommended no further chest exercises following the op. I had my original ones done nearly 10 years ago and didn't train then so didn't have to work around it previously.

Any tips/experience greatly appreciated :)

Am going to continue training like normal for the next month. x

You'd be wise to ask your doctors rather than a forum of strangers who don't know the particulars of your treatment.
