New and looking for advice :)

Hi all!

I'm just starting back into the healthy diet since being pregnant (gave birth 6 weeks ago yesterday). Now I'm confused as to my calorie intake, wot my lifestyle choice should be on the goals section considering I'm full time breast feeding and wot my macronutrient intake should be.

For me it's all about losing this baby weight (and I'm not disillusioned, it's my third child) but doing it in the healthiest way possible for me and my child.

As well as the above queries, I'm wanting to know how much exercise I should be doing.

If anyone could point me in the right direction for some information on breastfeeding while losing weight and the best way for me to find a solid answer as to my required intakes. I've been searching online but it's all so hard to find!
