Hey guys, sorry I know there's been a lot of threads about this but I can't actually find the answer for this
I went here http://www.fitclick.com/calories_burned?srch=30+day+shred and it says I burned 180 calories
that just sounds like a lot, especially for level one
i'm 4'10 and 119lb, does it sound right?! or do you know a way to actually calculate this??
this is the third tine i'm doing 30ds but i never bothered with calories in it before

Hi. I'm 5'6" and CW is 139#. When I started 30DS on March 4, I was about 144#. I just finished Level 1 (did 10 days' worth--it's taken me longer than I'd like) and wore a HRM to calculate my burns. According to my monitor, I burned between 220 (first few days) and 155 (last few days). The declining numbers are probably due to better fitness (lower heartrate) and my decreasing weight, lowering the base point on which it calculates how many calories I burn. The last few days, my burn went up a bit (190/200) as I used heavier dumbbells for most of the strength exercises.
So, depending on your fitness level, 180 for your weight sounds plausible, especially if you felt like you were working very hard. If you didn't, it's probably a bit high. 155 might be a good compromise. For me, those first few sessions were killer; it felt much easier (though not effortless) at the end.0
