Can people share their strength training routines?

I just finished the new rules for lifting for women. I am building my own program to help continue loosing and toning. I have already started building my plan but would love to hear what other women do.

Anyone?

    I did 5/3/1 and had awesome gains and massive increase in strength. Gains stalled so I switched to DC and gains resumed.
