i was wondering this myself. I do a sweet bread we called 'easter bread' and rice pies. i leave the ham pie to others

Why not just eat what you truly enjoy and not go too crazy with it? Besides, dark chocolate has its health benefits and it is your cheat day.

oh and I started to do a recipe for the rice pie last year but never finished it. I never weighed the final product after baking to see portion size and calories.
