Care to share recipes??? Any freezable recipes???

I've been really sick lately and by the end of the day I'm not up for cooking, so it's been off to a restaurant for my family of 3 which can get quite expensive. Golden Corral has been our best friend.. Horrible... I know.. Anyway Please take a moment and share your quick and easy recipes here.... If you have any make ahead ideas I'd love to see them. Especially if they can be frozen for later.
