Yesterday I was finally able to wear a size medium hoodie 
it's never really fit me properly before, but now it's quite comfortable! My mum noticed that I had lost weight, which is really important to me (I know it sounds stupid)! And according to the scale I am down 1 whole stone!!! 14 pounds gone forever

Great job, I was told by co workers that i looked like i was losing weight and that made me feel good! I also weighed myself three days ago and saw i had lost three pounds!0
