How oten do toy lift/strength train? I've always heard that it's best to NOT do it every day and to recover in between. Lately though, it's becoming so addictive to me that on the days I don't strength train I really want to. How often for you?

    I only do 2-3 times a week but if you really want to do it more often you can do upper and lower body splits, which can be done back to back.
