Dumbbells

I've been given a set of dumbbells which are 10 kg each (bar weighs 2 kg and then there are 2 x 2 kg weights and 4 x 1kg weights). I cannot afford gym membership at the moment but I want to start lifting and don't know where to start. I use them at 2 kg when I'm doing 30 day shred but want to use them heavier. Can anyone recommend a dumbbell dvd or youtube video? Thanks

edited to add: added links to youtube videos explaining the exercises. the first one is some random guy on the net that posts a lot of workout vids. he's a bit douchey, but the video explains the workout well. the second one is Rachel Cosgrove, the creator of the Spartacus workout doing a variation of the workout using a sandbag instead of dumbbells. I'm including that one for two reasons. 1. You can see the fun benefits of a sandbag, and 2. you can see that just because the first link goes to Men's Fitness, this is a workout that not only can and should be done by women, it was invented by a woman.
