Has anybody done this and lost 20 lbs in 30 days? Or, if you've done it the whole 30 days(or close to it) how much did you lose?

    I just finished doing it like 20 minutes ago for the first time and I'm PUMPED! It's an awesome workout

    Love it.
    Have been doing it off/on for almost 3 months (with a break due to a hip injury on an elliptical).
    Have lost 19 pounds and so many inches that I'm kicking myself for not tape measuring when I started MFP.
    Am at a plateau right now, but am back at the Shred daily and am seeing new definition in my waist and shoulders, even though the scale's not moving.
  • I am starting it 2morrow. I have heard it is a good workout.

    Is there a certain diet that you have to follow, or just do the workout? I have it On Demand and I didn't plan on buying it LOL.

    This looks great - I'm currently doing the Tracey Anderson Mat Workout everyday but need something to mix it up with when I can't get to the gym!

    Do you have a set plan? Like level 1 for 7 days then move on to level 2? Or do you just do the whole dvd at once?

    If anyone could explain a bit that would be great as I've just found it on Amazon for £5.99 :)
