I'm losing weight way too fast and it is scaring me- HELP!?

I've been dieting since last March so it isn't just the first week... as for the amount of sugar, it's because I eat a lot of fruit, haha. I am kind of limited in my choices since I spend a lot of time in bed (I'm pretty much housebound due to medical issues). My doctor didn't seem too concerned, though, which worries me.
Actually, in the past two days you've had two apples, 18 cookies, a fruit filled pastry, and 5 pieces of bread. You might want to rethink (or at least realize) where most of your sugar is coming from.
Better than having a bunch of beer.
