Limited with Injury

I have a left sided hip/ si joint injury and have been suffering with this for months now... I miss my treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical, and ability to get a good workout. Truth is, since the injury I have kept reinjuring myself trying to workout like I have in the past. So, as a result, I have not worked out now for a few weeks. PLEASE, share some suggestions or knowledge on what I can do to get a blood moving, calorie burning, heart pumping workout that doesn't involve my lower extremities from the waist down.
Btw, thank you for being the greatest extended family that one could ask for :smile:

    Im going to give u a bump because I would like to know also I have had 2 spinal fusion L4/L5 and T9 thru L2 one 08 and last biggest one back in nov. so I am very limited on what I can do also when I talked to my PT she just told me to lisen to my body. So I try to go out walking when I can. also she gave me some exersizes to tightn up my back and core musels too.
