Lacking motivation and support!

I'm Jen, I've been trying to lose weight on and off for about a year now but my motivation is seriously lacking at the moment! I've lost 12lbs recently which i am really happy with, but i guess i hoped i would have lost more weight by now! I am really struggling with meal ideas, new exercises to try and just motivation in general!

I really want to put 100% effort into losing the weight as i have a long way to go until i hit my target, so any tips and suggestions would be hugely appreciated!
