Just keep at it! About 4 years ago I started weight watchers at 254. I didn't really notice a difference until I had lost about 20 pounds. I had lost about 50 at the time and got tired of their sole focus on the scale so I stopped going. I gained back about 30 pounds but that was better than gaining it all back. Now I've been noticing little changes left and right since I started MFP. It will come just give it time and keep at it!

Cool. I read quite a bit of it. If my next week doesn't go well, I'll consider doing all the calculations to figure out why. It was a fun read.

I ran into this through the links and really enjoyed it. I was always confused what my goal weight should be...but knowing my body fat % when I started, it was super helpful to figure out what percent was lean muscle and what i should target for my weight if I want to keep a certain percentage of fat.
