sugar! advice?

Hey so, I track my sugar on here, and pretty much everyyy day I go over my recommended sugar intake! Haha. BUT, most (I'm talking like .. at least 80% ish?) of my sugar comes from fruits and natural stuff! I don't even put sugar in my coffee or tea. So, I don't get upset when I see I went over.
I was just wondering, what do you think about this? Is it alright if its from fruits & stuff?

    As long as it's fruits, you'll be fine.

  • I'm having the same problem with sugars but also, like you, am not adding any sugar to my foods. It's all naturally occurring sugars so I at least have some comfort in that. I'm not eliminating fruit ever!
