Hi,
I would like to know about anyones results with this product. I have only been using it since Friday and I have lost 2lbs already, and I have been excercising like crazy as well since Thursday. But Let me know and It is very tasty which makes it very easy to drink as a meal replacement. I have not been wanting to snack and eat anything extra in between either. But I want to know what other people have experienced with it.

    This is the only protein powder I use! I dont even have to blend the vanilla powder...I can just stir it into some skim milk, and call it a day...so tasty! And I know they say whey protein is fast digesting, but I swear I feel full for hours after a shake. I have even started mixing some of the powder into my greek yogurt!
