Do you have any role model that gets you motivated whenever you just look at him/her?

I do have a few and whenever I see their physique I feel like running 5 miles ha ^^

    My sister. She is always positive. She looks GREAT! She runs and does crossfit. She makes everyone around her feel good about themselves. She is always encouraging.
