Cardio And Yoga Question

Starting Monday I wanna start doing my Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD and also the Biggest Loser Yoga one. I was wanting to know if I should do them both the same day 5 days a week or do like the cardio Mon. Wed. Fri. and the Yoga Tue. and Thur.

This will also be on top of me walking 1 -2 miles a day!!!!

Any comments is welcome!!!!

    I am starting biggest loser bootcamp on monday and they say to pair it up with the weight loss yoga!
  • I'd try alternating it as first- you want to give your body some time to rest and the yoga would be a good option to do on low key days. Just depends on your fitness level really and how hard you think the yoga is.
    I tried the yoga for the 1st time today and loved it! Unfortunately didn't make it through all the way since my kids were getting into all kinds of trouble:-)
