LOST 15 QUICKLY AND NOW I M STUCK. i HAVE INCREASED MY CARDIO TO 45 MIN DAILY, SWIM 30 MIN 3X WEEK AND EAT HEALTHY. i HAVE NOT LOST ONE POUND IN THREE WEEKS. ANY ADVISE? THANKS
