problem after running..... any input?

I started running in November, just slow short intervals occasionally. Turns out I enjoy running and now run about three days a week, minimum of 5k each run, and on Sunday's I have a long run (adding 1/4 to 1/2 mile each week). A few weeks ago after finishing a 6 1/2 mile run, my vision got "fuzzy" and I felt dizzy (Ive never passed out, but I would guess thats kinda what it feels like). It happened again the following long run day (which was a 7 mile run). I dont know if its dehydration or do I need to eat more before long runs? I cant really drink while exercising (i get nauseous) and try to hydrate before and after runs. I eat a meal about 2 hours before a run, and have a small snack on my way to gym or bike path (first time it happened my snack was a babybel cheese and fruit, last week I had peanut butter, reduced sugar jelly on whole wheat bread). Today I ran 10k, had a Larabar before my run, and took a few sips of a sports drink during my run, and I still had the vision issues and dizziness (although not nearly as bad as before)....
Any input or advice?
thanks in advance!

Sounds like dehydration to me. 6 miles is the max I can run without carrying water. I do mine in a hydration pack so I sip through a hose while running. Works for me. I don't take in any calories while running unless I'm doing 10 or more miles then I have 2-3 shot blocks. But I only need to do this because I'm slow and out for almost 2 hours on a 10 mile run. And I only do it when I need it. As for the nausea, I'd suggest trying a hose if you haven't, I can't drink from a bottle when running I think it has to do with taking in too much air. You could also try actually stopping for 2-5 minutes to drink to see if that helps.
