weight loss

im 208 I wanna lose 20 lbs by may 7th I hope its possible for me I have been on this wieht loss journey since aug 2011 it took me this long to lose 28lbs,

    Strength training and HIIT cardio 4-5 times a week, and eating a slight calorie deficit is probably the way to go. Good luck, I'm rooting for you!
