    1 mile is 2500 steps. there's 22 steps, so it would take me 112 laps to do 1 mile.
    I could probably do at least 10 miles. I'll have to try it out over a couple of days.

    Seeing as I'm spending 10 days in South Wales and do a lot of walking when I'm there (as long as snow doesn't cause problems), you can count me in. May not be able to log in when I'm in Wales, as mobile coverage is pretty intermittent where I'll be staying but will log it all when I get back.
