Yay!!!! I'm taking of tomorrow ladies and gentlemen, so this will be my final miles update, but I'll post my weight/inches change tomorrow morning (taking the maximum amount of time to shed everything I can ) At the very least, I've gone from a size 12 pants to a size 10 which is pretty darn exciting for me, lol!

Ok, I'm travelling today, but since it's the end, here are my comparison measurements to the beginning. I did about 65 miles in three weeks at a whole range of speeds, so here goes.
Started
193lbs
15" neck
41" waist (but I think I measured this wrong and it was more like 40 or 39... which is still awful)
41" hips
Finished
182.4 lbs
14" neck
35" waist (measured correctly I think)
40" hips
Total loss: 11.4 pounds (give or take)
6-7 inches.
I'm also in size 10 pants from 12, fit medium shirts comfortably and feel a lot more confident.
So hey, the system works! I'm definitely doing the next challenge that I can, but for now, the train beckons! Good luck everyone!0 -
