    PERFECT! I'm training for a 10K on June 1st, so this will be great! I wish there was a way to subscribe to threads instead of searching for them every time and checking them. There's isn't a way to do that on this forum, is there? Am I missing it?

    255 days on this site and I just NOW realized there was a "My Topics" button above that I could just click on and see all the threads I have posted in! LOL.

    How did you fix the ticker problem.? My ticker doesn't show, just the info that I copy and paste, or does it eventually show after it is posted?
